At Select Staples, every product is customised and made to order, crafted specially for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We now offer:

  •  Size Exchange
  • Product Exchange
  • Store Credit (in case you prefer not to exchange for another product)

Once your exchange request is approved, further instructions will be shared via the portal.

Your exchange will be shipped within 2 working days once the product is received back to our warehouse 

Conditions for Exchange
• The exchange request must be raised within the eligible time frame mentioned on the portal which is 3 days 
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Items that show signs of wear, perfume, washing, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Non-Eligible Cases

We will not be able to process exchanges if:
• The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
• The request is not raised through the official exchange link.
• The item does not meet quality check standards after return.
• Custom orders are not eligible for exchange 
 • If the product is exchanged once it cannot be exchanged twice 

Each garment is shot precisely and we try to ensure that the true nature of fabric and colours are visible with our photography
But due to lighting and background settings some colours may very slightly vary

Wrong / Missing Product Policy (Important)

If you receive:
  • A wrong product
  • A missing product in your order

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish.

Without an unboxing video shared within 24 hours, we will not be able to assist with such claims.

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds.
In eligible cases, only exchange or store credit will be provided.
Incase the Exchange value of the product is lower than the product ordered no refund will be issued.
You can place an exchange request for same or higher amount product.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.

Since all our products are customised and made to order, once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be cancelled.

Custom orders, made exclusively for clients, are not qualified for exchange or store credit

Once paid for - orders cannot be cancelled and if requested, amount will be transferred as store credit to your account.
Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged

Customers will not be refunded for return shipping costs. This will be deducted from the final invoice value. 

Store credit for the web-shop will be given for the price paid of item(s) purchased and will be valid for 30 days. Items purchased via store credit will not be eligible for return. 

Only one exchange is permitted after which further requests for refund or exchange will not be entertained
